This website is owned by Smart Cascadia LLC and uses a GoHighLevel-powered telephone line and AI receptionist to receive water-damage inquiries.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions such as scrolling and outbound-link clicks. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and may receive technical identifiers such as an IP address, although reports available to us are aggregated. We use this information to operate and improve the site, not to sell personal information. Browser privacy tools, blocking, and consent settings may limit measurement.

Standard hosting and security logs may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic events.

Telephone intake information

When you call, the system may collect your name, callback number, property city and ZIP code, information about the water source and affected areas, safety hazards, insurer-contact status, preferred contact time, and other details you choose to provide. Do not provide payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

AI, call tracking, recording, and transcription

The receptionist identifies itself as AI. GoHighLevel may process call metadata, audio, recordings, transcripts, summaries, and the intake details you provide so Smart Cascadia can review the request and operate the service. The line is configured as voice-only and does not send text-message follow-ups.

Possible referrals

If an appropriate independent provider becomes available, relevant intake information may be shared with that provider so it can decide whether to follow up. Calling does not guarantee a referral, contractor availability, dispatch, or a response.
