Medford Water Damage Pros is an independent information and referral website owned by Smart Cascadia LLC. It is not a restoration contractor, insurer, insurance adjuster, engineering firm, environmental consultant, electrician, plumber, or emergency-response agency.

AI receptionist; no confirmed dispatch

The published telephone number is answered by an AI receptionist that records intake information for review. A call does not confirm that a contractor is available, that anyone has been dispatched, or that anyone will arrive or follow up. No contractor is currently represented as assigned to this service.

Independent contractors

If a referral is offered, participating contractors remain independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, employees, estimates, contracts, workmanship, safety, and legal compliance. Consumers should independently verify current Oregon CCB records and all material representations before hiring.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee contractor availability, arrival time, insurance coverage, claim approval, drying time, mold prevention, pricing, or outcome. General safety and restoration information cannot account for every property condition.

Emergency conditions

Call 911 for fire, suspected gas, structural collapse, a medical emergency, or immediate danger to life. Do not enter standing water near electrical systems to reach a shutoff.
